چکیده

Organic transistors with high on-state drain current at gate and voltages of −2 V fabricated on polyethylene naphthalate foils were investigated for sensor development. Two aspects studied: (a) the ability such to raise sensitivity a temperature (b) bias stress stability subjected square voltage pulses that turned them off repeatedly. To demonstrate first aspect, voltage-amplifying organic transistor was used increase response temperature, ordinarily achieved thermistor. achieve amplification, must have least 20 μA V. ~60 ~120 tested, leading gain −2.8 −4.9 V/V, respectively, thus increasing by factor up 5. study second same concurrently applied electrodes, causing turn The turn-on turn-off 0 respectively four different pulse periods used: T 5, 20, 40 60 s. For each , 1000 time 1 s varying times transistors, aggregate net in all cases. changes current, threshold voltage, field-effect mobility depended spite being same. reduction did not exceed 17%, stabilization also observed after about 500 cycles some cases, maximum drop occurred medium making = favorable condition operation. • Fabricated low-voltage thin-film (OTFTs) PEN. OTFT is ~0.1 mA. ~5 V/V achieved, raising Pulsed On-state

Corrigendum: Improved Drain Current Saturation and Voltage Gain in Graphene–on–Silicon Field Effect Transistors

Graphene devices for radio frequency (RF) applications are of great interest due to their excellent carrier mobility and saturation velocity. However, the insufficient current saturation in graphene field effect transistors (FETs) is a barrier preventing enhancements of the maximum oscillation frequency and voltage gain, both of which should be improved for RF transistors. Achieving a high outp...
